An Everyday Object Pavilion

This project is located in the courtyard of Carleton University, Ottawa. The goal is to design a pavilion while keeping in mind the study on Alighiero Boetti in the previous project. To achieve this goal, the concept of this pavilion is to use barrels covered of grass that act as walls. The final model uses paper as material glued on top of each other repetitively.

However, throughout the process, various everyday objects were used as well as repetition. For example, the buildings of the site model is made of fabric, the trees are made of toothpicks and the paths of small balls. Also, the paper of the site plan is made of newspaper.
